Renewable Energy

A New Definition

With the world's natural resources being slowly but surely drained away, this form of energy represents our collective future. "Renewable" can simply mean able to replenish itself naturally or that it cannot be exhausted. It is almost imminent that such forms of energy like solar, wind, hydro, biomass etc will become the major sources of power for the hungry world's increasing populace.

History

When pushed against the wall, humans are almost always able to come up with solutions to counter the problems. When faced with depleting resources, they realised that naturally-replenishing renewable energy was the answer to their woes. Of course, as history would also tell, knowing something is often totally different from acting upon it.
